Day 1 - Nairobi

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by Africa Marvel Tours representative and then transfer to your Hotel in Nairobi. Before check in you will be briefed of the safari details.


Day 2 - Nairobi to Amboseli

Start with breakfast and check out. Our safari driver guide will be at your hotel by 0700AM for a brief and pick up. After a brief of the days schedule you will start your journey going through Nairobi - Mombasa road, turn at Emali junction towards Amboseli National park passing via small towns and villages. Arrive at Amboseli in good time for check in and lunch. Amboseli is well known for large herds of elephants and the back drop view of Mount Kilimanjaro – highest mountain in Africa. After lunch you embark on afternoon game drives till sun drop when you return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.


Day 3 - Amboseli National Park

Start with early morning game drives. At mid morning you return to your camp for breakfast, relaxation and lunch thereafter. After lunch you embark on an afternoon game drive till evening when you return to your tented camp for dinner and overnight. If lucky you spot big cats, buffaloes, rhinos, elephants among many other wild game and bird species. You may opt for a full day game viewing drive in Amboseli with picnic lunch. A hot air balloon safari overlooking snow capped Mount Kilimanjaro peak with complimentary champagne bush breakfast at an extra cost can be added as an extra activity on to the safari in Amboseli.


Day 4 - Amboseli to Lake Manyara via Namanga Border Point

Today you start with breakfast and check out from your camp and depart Amboseli for Namanga border point. After clearing with customs formalities your Tanzanian guide will pick up and proceed with your safari in Tanzania to arrive at Lake Manyara in good time for check in and lunch. After lunch and relaxation you embark on an afternoon game viewing drives until sun drop when you return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.


Day 5 - Descent Ngorongoro Crater

Start with breakfast, check out and departure with en-route game viewing drives for Ngorongoro conservancy area. Arrive at your lodge in time for check in and lunch. After lunch you will descend down the crater for an enchanting game viewing drive. Known as ‘the eighth wonder of the world' the Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa's best-known wildlife arenas. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, it offers a unique biosphere, which has remained virtually unchanged since the dawn of time. Deep within the Crater, enclosed by towering walls, some 25,000 large mammals wander the plains, lakes and forests of ‘the land that time forgot', dominated by enormous bull elephants, rhinos and lions.


Day 6 - Ngorongoro Conservancy to Serengeti

Today you start with breakfast and check out from your Lodge in Karatu Area. Drive to Serengeti with en-route game viewing drives to arrive at your Lodge/Camp in good time for check in and lunch. After lunch you embark on an afternoon game viewing drives in the great plains of Serengeti where you have a chance of spotting all members of big 5 among many more wildlife. At sunset return to your camp for dinner and overnight.


Day 7 - Serengeti

After breakfast depart for full day game viewing drives in The Serengeti National Park. The areas you will visit depend upon the location of the herds. During the short rainy season in November and December the herds move from the hills in the north to the plains in the south while during the longer rainy season from April to July they return back up north. This circle of life is determined by the rainfalls and locations of the herds might vary from year to year but your guide will know where to find the animals and where to see them best. A visit to the Serengeti Visitor Centre is also possible. Here you can learn more about the history of the park and the research that is being done by the Frankfurter Zoological Society. Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.


Day 8 - Serengeti to Masai Mara via Isebania Border Point

Early breakfast, check out and depart for Isebania boarder point of Kenya / Tanzania. After clearing with immigration officials at the border point, the Kenyan guide will pick you up ready for the continuation of safari in Kenya. Arrive at Masai Mara in good time for lunch. After lunch proceed for an afternoon game viewing drive till sun drop when you return to the camp/lodge for check in, dinner and overnight.


Day 9 - Masai Mara

After breakfast you will embark on a full day game drive in the vast plains of Masai Mara with picnic lunch. You can opt to start with an early morning game viewing drives then return to camp/lodge for breakfast, relaxation and lunch. After lunch embark on an afternoon game viewing drive till sun drop. Masai Mara is an all year destination characterized with rolling plains of grassland savannah with high concentration of game in this part of Africa. You will have a chance to spot all the Lions, Elephants, Rhinos, Leopards, Hyenas, Buffaloes, Antelopes, Baboons and a wide variety of wild birds. At times in the Mara you can spot 4 of the big five members in a record hours time. The reserve is well known for the annual migration of millions of wildebeest, thousands of zebras and other antelopes, which occurs between July - October. A visit to a Masai village at minimal extra cost is encouraged; it gives direct connection to the traditional way of living by the Masai community. In the evening you return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. You may opt for a balloon safari with champagne bush breakfast at an extra cost and thereafter have a full day game drive.


Day 10 - Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru

After breakfast you depart Masai Mara and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park at the foot of The Great Rift Valley. Arrive in time for check in and lunch at lodge/camp. Lake Nakuru is well known for large population of lesser and greater flamingos and a good concentration of wild game. The park is rich in birdlife with over 400 bird species in an area of 188 square kilometers. After lunch you proceed for an afternoon game drive within the park and if lucky you are to spot 4 of the big 5 species found here – Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Rhino amongst much more wild game.


Day 11 - Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha

Start with early morning game viewing drive. At mid morning return to your camp/lodge for breakfast and check out. Depart Lake Nakuru for Lake Naivasha at the foot of Great Rift Valley. Arrive at your lodge / camp in time for check in and lunch. After lunch you will have an afternoon boat ride around Lake Naivasha spotting massive hippos as they emerge and submerge into the waters of the lake and spot African Fish Eagle glide over the waters hunting for fish. You will also have a guided safari walk at Crescent Island where you can spot Zebras, Giraffes, Antelopes among much more wild game. At sun drop return to your camp for dinner and overnight.


Day 12 - Lake Naivasha to Nairobi

You start your day with breakfast and check out. Depart for Nairobi with some stops en route to arrive Nairobi in the afternoon. Lunch will be on your own before being transferred to the hotel/airport for check in of your international flight back home with lots of safari memories.
