To confirm a booking a 30% deposit of the total safari quote is required and balance to be sent 30 days before safari start date. If the booking is being confirmed within 30 days to safari start date then the total safari cost should be paid in full.
Booking cancellations for paid bookings will be refunded less the cancellation fees levied by hotels and administrative costs as below.

Included are all safari costs with respect to safari vehicle, driver/guide, accommodation, entrance fees to national parks and reserves as per the safari itinerary.
Safari minivans or 4X4 jeeps, as well as coaches, will be provided as per the tour vehicle you have chosen.
Based on per person sharing a room/tent. Single rooms can be requested at an extra cost. Hotels/Lodges/Tented Camps are named as an indication of category and they are reserved at similar hotels/lodges/tented camps.
The Company reserves the right to alter arrangements / cancel the operation of a scheduled safari should conditions necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain a person as a member of any tour at any time in which case an equitable amount will be refunded. Prices are based on tariffs and other operational costs prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change.
The Company and its agents act only as agents of the tours, transport, etc and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner. The Company’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicle is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country. All claims are subject to the jurisdictions of the courts of the country in which the action arises. The Company reserves the right to employ subcontractors for all or part of the services. The Company shall not be responsible for loss or damage to your luggage.
